I agree with you completely - Najma's expression have nothing to do with Imran. IMO that pendent is more like I L U - i being in italics.
I think Najma being an A+ student will want to study more and have a profession - after all she has seen mother work and support the family - Asad is an architecture and a self made man - maybe she wants to be an architecture as well and work with her brother but was afraid to say before as prior Arku Asad might have said no - remember when the bullies were bothering her she had been afraid to tell Asad anything as she was scared he might stop her from going to collage? She was so scared that she had left Zoya alone in jail before Asad came.
On the night of meteorite shower Najma had wished that she becomes thin and if she cannot be thin then who ever comes into her life should love her the way she is. Additionally Dilshad had wished that her kids get the muqamil jahan i.e all the happiness in the word and she has raised Najma to be very broadminded and modern in thinking - remember she wanted to wear jeans when going to lounge and a skirt for fashion show? So Farhan who is studying aboard will not have any issues if Najma wants to work and will encourage Najma to wear jeans if she wants or skirts for that matter. Also Gul in her recent interview had mentioned often joint families have a kid who study's abroad and therefore as a different approach to life than the Conservative views of the family? IMO Farhan and Najma track will take that direction - especially as currently Hassina bi does not want Nikhat to finish her collage and write her exams - also note that every time Hassina bi comes Nikhat covers her head.
I think we are in for a cute track for Najma - She has always seen her mother sad because of what her father did and then she saw what Asad went through without Zoya - therefore I think she will be scared to fall in love and will give Farhan a hard time before she agrees - also Dilshad and Rashid fell in love then got married and same goes for Asad and Zoya so maybe she goes not want an arranged marriage but to find her own life partner but because Asad and Dilshad have protected her so much she never had a chance to do so befor.
Interesting in episode 14 we found out what Humeria, Ayaan, Zoya and Asad left about ishq walla love - in the meteorite shower night we found out how Nuzat feels about it - i.e she wants mills n boons romance where a tall dark and handsome guy to come in her life -- but we have never heard exactly what Najma thinks about isqh walla love - only she wishes someone to accept her the way she is - not her opinion on isqh walla love - i seriously think she will be scared of it and stay in denial like Asad was and Ayaan is now!)
btw: Wasn't Nikhats meteorite wish that her Nikkha to Imran happens without any hurdles? IMO it will happen without any hurdles - the bomb will blast AFTER the wedding in the form of Tanu😆
