Nice post, Shruti! 😊
Loved the epi. Interesting that Tanveer did not seem more than a little disconcerted by being caught out. Hardly more discomfort on her face than say if she'd missed a bus or a movie. Similarly, Asad seemed way too controlled. The shock. horror, distaste, anger, disgust was so subtle I had to search for them. Also would have been nice if, later on, Zoya and Asad had hugged. Is it humanly possible to go through so much trauma and separation and then with the relief not to hug? And that too after a declaration of love. In short, I really didn't dig the underplayed emotions today. And yes I agree that we haven't seen the last of Tanveer. On the other hand, Ayaan was brill in facing up to Vikram (oozing slime). But couldn't figure out Razia's thanda reaction to Vikram, and willingness to let Humeira go. That's not a natural motherly instinct there. At least I don't know any mothers who'd let their daughters go with some stranger. Fishy as hell! Initially, I'd thought that Tanveer had put the chap up to playing Vikram to get back at Razia, but with Razia's strange reaction, I'm thinking her hands are not too clean either.
