I am sorry but contrary to popular opinion here I don't think swearing in an interview is a good idea! I don't know the circumstances of this video so can't comment on what context she would have sworn!

In general swearing is not a big deal and I do use the F word when the situation warrants it! But I chose the situation. I don't swear when in conversation with parents, older relatives, in laws or in professional settings!

I will swear with work colleagues. Looks like this is what Surbhi did! But if it was an interview, then that was not a good idea to swear!
