I highly doubt there will be a JaaNu Nikaah and why are we all assuming that the confession of all her crimes and the fire happen at the same time? It's possible that tanveer was gloating to herself and asad overheard after which he plays a game that forces tanveer to try the fire trick and he catches her red-handed then.
