Emotional Reunion

I felt there wasn't enough emotion on Asad's part today, yes, he had a smile. If you found out that the girl you thought you lost forever was standing in front of you in your house, willing to marry you, wouldn't you be a little more excited? A hug, one final time of crying ( even though we have seen enough), I mean Ammi is this for real attitude?

i so agree. KSG's reaction was a little flat for me..the smile was there but he didn't seen excited or even shell shocked and also y did the mother and the sister had to make him agree on the wedding..

As zoya always says MR KHAN IS EMOTIONALLY CHALLENGE... He don't knw how to emote feelings in front of any1 especially zoya whom he loves most ...what to do mr khan bahot sharmaate hain na... As dilshad-najma part dey wer really happy didn't u notice najma's excitement , n dilshu mom was so happy dat she even told asad to hug zoya indirectly ,,(tumhari mohabbat bahein phailaakar tumhare samne khadi hai) it means go n hug zoya LOL... But seriously today's episode was good apart from tanveer's crap

theyd rather show billis face and razia pullin and putting the granny into diff places of the house...instead of a hug...

Perhaps. But, I think he was simply shell shocked then relieved.

They were just showing that he was in a complete shock...Asad thought that he had lost Zoya forever..Even when he was at the door he had no hope of getting Zoya back so seeing Zoya back right then in front of him and that too in a bridal outfit totally pleasantly surprised him..he was awestruck..it was almost like he couldn't believe his eyes..it was all so surreal for him...it must have been really overwhelming for him...his prayers came true..it wasn't less than a miracle for him..and I think that KSG portrayed Asad's complete shock face perfectly!

A hug was a must ... The scene felt incomplete.

Just a quick grab to reassure ... Yes, she's here.
Just a quick clutch to thank ... Yes, God listened.
Just a quick squeeze to promise ... Never to let go.

Oh well ...

I feel a hug wdn't have been appropriate since Asad has been trying to distance himself fm Zoya becoz of his guilt. But at least a wider smile wd've made the scene a lil more convincing. By a wide smile I don't mean a grin. His smile was half baked.
