He does stare at her, anyone watching the video can see that but the staring could be interpreted differently😛 Its surprising and interesting that you managed to see the videos and even read intriguing comments but could not conclude yourself whether he's staring at her or not 😉 I see your question has been answered enough but thought I'll add a cent or two myself 😃

Surbhi is a cute girl? Maybe that is why he stares? I have only seen a very few BTS, so I can't comment too much on the staring!

But even if he does, as long as it stays at staring and nothing more, so what? He is married, not buried!! Lol

'I always look at the person who's talking to me. If that's called staring, yes he was staring at her. *rolls eyes* *makes a disgusted face*'

I don't know if anyone has ever noticed but When surbhi talks she makes the funniest expressions. It's worth watching. Surbhi is such a character and I don't blame Karan for staring...

And staring isn't a bad thing :S People are just taking this context out of proportion.

I have friends who are overly expressive and are funny to stare at when they talk because of all the expressions that come out. I tend to stare myself... Can't help it because it's entertaining.

Surbhi is really sweet talker, and Karan carefully listens and has a really patient with it, as with a little girl.

When Surbhi starts to talk, there is nothing else than that he, staring and patiently listens to her.😆

My question was not whether he was staring at her in that video or not, its not very hard to observe that he indeed was staring at her. My question was whether he does that often coz of the multiple comments suggesting the same!
