He does stare at her, anyone watching the video can see that but the staring could be interpreted differently😛 Its surprising and interesting that you managed to see the videos and even read intriguing comments but could not conclude yourself whether he's staring at her or not 😉 I see your question has been answered enough but thought I'll add a cent or two myself 😃

Surbhi is a cute girl? Maybe that is why he stares? I have only seen a very few BTS, so I can't comment too much on the staring!

But even if he does, as long as it stays at staring and nothing more, so what? He is married, not buried!! Lol

It is their private life, what ever they want to do is their damn problem...

My question was not whether he was staring at her in that video or not, its not very hard to observe that he indeed was staring at her. My question was whether he does that often coz of the multiple comments suggesting the same!
