Scorching heat troubles Asad and Zoya in Ajmer!
Mumbai: Small screen actors Karan Singh Grover and Surbhi Jyoti, who plays Asad Ahmad Khan and Zoya Farooqui in the most popular show Qubool Hai, will soon be seen in a sad song sequence in sand dunes of Pushkar. The shooting of this sequence in the scorching heat was not easy for the leads along with the entire crew. The sweltering heat disturbed the actors so much and Karan spoke irritably to the media.
During the conference that followed the shoot, Grover was seen not interested in talking to media. When he was asked about his upcoming project, the actor said, "I try not to discuss too much about my future. Kisi ki nazar na lag jaaye!"
When a journalist aked about how the character of Asad Khan has helped him grow as a person, Karan replied. "Come again, I didn't get your question." And when the question was repeated by the journalist, the actor suddenly stood up and walked out of the hall.
Gul Khan, producer of the show, jumped to the actor's defence and said, "Since he has been shooting in extreme heat, he is not well."
"We are shooting a dramatic and intense moment here," said Gul.
Adding, "I think this is the perfect place to shoot the scene as it suits our demands. Our lead characters Asad Khan (Karan) and Zoya (Surbhi) have drifted apart due to a misunderstanding, but they come face-to-face at this place."
Surbhi said, "Surbhi and Zoya are more or less the same. I don't feel like I am acting."
