Noone deserves this

Ok so i have seen a lot of posts saying Asad deserves all thats coming his way..Before i start, lemme make it clear that am no Asad fan..I always wanted him to pay for all that he did to Zoya..But to say he deserved to be sexually assaulted is taking things too far..Infact i'd go as far as saying that noone deserves to be raped/sexually assaulted irrespective of their behavior or circumstances..And here Asad's only mistake was that he was dumb and extremely trusting..For someone like Asad, this whole experience is gonna be supremely traumatic..Add to it the fact that his marriage broke in an extremely embarrassing manner..Now if the promo is to be believed, he is being slapped by his mom and he is left to cry without any support..Are we all forgetting that he is the real victim here? Imagine a situation where a girl was extremely trusting of her best friend despite repeated warnings and eventually got raped by him..Would you still say she deserves to be raped merely because she made the mistake of trusting her friend? And if the girl gets back home and is slapped for betraying her family, would you call it justified? Then why the gender bias? I have always felt sorry for Zoya and bashed Asad for his loser behavior and judgmental attitude but no way in hell did he deserve this..Am not sure if Gul Khan calls this redemption or teaching Asad a lesson cos this is NOT..Noone deserves to be taught a lesson in this manner..Asad always feared he'd do a Rashid on Zoya..And now apparently his biggest fear has turned into reality..I'd say the situations are far from similar..Rashid willfully fell into the trap and got himself blackmailed by Razia cos the guy is a wimp and he din have the guts to confess to his crime..But Asad on the other hand would be the first person to confess to his crime and here the guy has been sexually assaulted and humiliated in front of all and sundry..Am honestly surprised Dilshad thinks this low of her son..Does she think Asad in his senses would ever rape or sleep with a girl a day before marriage? I understand she is shattered but i really hope she understands the situation cos its Asad who needs all the support at the moment..I wouldn't expect Zoya to support him at the moment after all that she has seen and gone through..Thats too much to expect..But i hope Dilshad knows her son well enough to not keep taunting him and make the situation worse..

Asad didn't deserve the rape indeed . No one deserves sexual assaults. It's criminal offense and that Bitch should be hanged to death for this.
Btw I feel he did deserve whatever shown in the recent promo though. The slap and separation from love. This has to happen one day either by this SR or something else all thanks to his blind trust and dumbheadedness. He had to learn the hard way and that's exactly what is happening here x except for the rape which is basically disgusting and Asad didn't deserve it , everything else is something which was to happen one day.

Very well said Rogie. I can't understand the mentality of ppl on this forum? If Asad had sexually assaulted Tannu in the past when fully conscious then one can say he deserved it. But certainly not in a situation like this!!! Even if he blindly trusted Tannu n din't trust Zoe at all.

The mentality of some people is saddening to say the least.. I am not a fan of anybody and I did want Asad to get a good lesson for his loser behavior but this is certainly not the way.

I don't care about anything right now.. I can't even imagine being in his position at the moment.. He hates himself for being himself... No matter who will forgive him, he will definitely NOT be able to forgive himself and yes, that is one of the worst feelings in the world.. HATING YOURSELF and NOT being able to forgive oneself

I understand he had very high opinions about himself, his Tehzeeb, and Tameez, but come on, I think there were better ways to make him realize his mistake... This was certainly not one of them..

Asad doesn't deserve Zoya's love for many reasons.. BUT THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM... He is not at fault..PERIOD...

You can't blame him for this... Rape is a sensitive issue and NOBODY deserves it... NOBODY...

I won't blame anyone.. Not Asad, not Zoya, not Dilshaad because they are oblivious of the truth.. All they know is he is Rashids son, he didn't show up for his wedding and supposedly spent the entire night with Tanveer.. They all believe that and I think everyone is in the rage of emotions after such a traumatic situation that they didn't sit to think twice about the situation... It was the first reaction that was expected...

Asad did deserve to be slapped and be separated from Zoya.. But NOT for this reason...

In short, nobody EXCEPT Tanveer and Razia is at fault...and people saying that Asad deserved what he got as in SEXUAL ASSAULT and basically rape, may god help you because that is truly just insensitive ... No matter how much you hate someone, that is taking it too far...
