Asad is not at fault.

After today's episode I understand everyone is very upset (I was disappointed too) but many people are blaming asad for everything too. I don't understand how people can blame him because he isn't at fault.

He doesn't know about tanveer being such a disgusting person. Even though Zoya tried warning him so many times she was not able to prove it to asad.

Asad is a very kind person and thought his friend was in trouble to he went to save her without thinking about himself or his wedding.

He was completely unconscious and drugged so he didn't know what was actually going on. He thought it was Zoya. And tanveer made it seem as if it was Zoya too. He didn't want to sleep with tanveer but he couldn't stop tanveer because he wasn't in his senses.

Asad isn't at fault. This is no less than rape and tanveer is the rapist. It's as if someone would blame the person being raped instead of the rapist.

Asad is not at fault at all he was just trying to help that B** Tanveer as a true friend he doesn't know of her bad intentions so how could he be at fault???

more than Zoya because he doesn't even know what happened and he doesn't have an explanation for it

For me it's Gul who is at fault

she just ruined Asad's image

the way Asad character had been running in the show got damaged

His tehzeed, manners, respect just went down the drain

how can Asad become the normal Asad again after what happened??

I don't think he will be able to

he will lose his own self respect and feel guilty for something he didn't do

how will he face Zoya or any of his family members??

especially when he himself doesn't know what happened

You are absolutely right. Asad is not to be blamed for this. Although, I can blame him for not even questioning Tanveer's stories. I understand he could not really trust Zoya without proof cause she was accusing the person he knew from childhood, but he could have wondered why would she do that - besides cause she is always childish.

Yeah, he's not at at fault today..but he should have given a thought to what Zoya said earlier!!

But the point I'm trying to make is that since Asad did not know what Tanveer was planning to do he shouldn't be blamed for what happened to him. He was raped. And nothing can change that. No matter how rude he was to Zoya or wrong for not trusting her he did not deserve this and he did not bring it upon himself. How do you expect him to ever think that Tanu -his childhood best friend- would rape him? She walks around wearing traditional clothes and covers her head and everything else to make her seem very religious. Asad doesn't know how disgustingly evil Tanveer is. The thought never even crossed his mind that Tanveer was capable of even thinking of doing such a thing.
