I always felt that Zoya was just going through with the mehendi just so that she could one up Tanveer and prove to her that she cannot be broken no matter what.

I don't think she got any gratification from doing it other than to irk Tanveer and make her plan fall flat. Which it did.

great to see you post bheegi and lovely post.

was just too much for me, acid...like really?I mean she just has these bottles of poison, acid, anti burn gels just lying around? I mean for a salwar kameez designer she's quite technically sharp (Not seriously...acid will do more than blister someone's palm...). Not only if she learnt some strategy..she'd get somewhere in her mission.

But the emotion didn't make it to my dil today...only Asad in black registered :) looked smashing!

Loved your post Sangeeta! I'm probably one of those people who was okay with that scene. Besides, the acid couldn't have been concentrated coz it would visibly burn her hands while the mehandi was being applied. Not to mention melt the cone. 😆

Wow, Sangeeta, this is really a beautiful post! 😊

I personally was bored with yesterdays episode - more because I was expecting something to happen (especially as this had been promoted as Mehendi special) - or because I was just very tired and was struggling to keep awake!

Lets hope as you say, mehendi does have a significant role to play. Yes the scars on Zoyas hand will be noticed by everyone including Asad but will it have a role in Tanveer's exposure, I dont know!

Well, I didnt like the mehendi trick - how Zoya braved the pain and still got mehendi on her hands - but i understand the exaggerated point the serial makers were trying to make! That there is some pain involved in any relationship and here Zoya was showing to Tanveer that she has that much faith in her love for Asad. Zoya provedTanveer wrong and since one of Tanveer's ploys was foiled, am happy!

In Thursdays episode, when Dilshad asks Tanveer what was wrong with Zoyas attire, I thought she was being very sarcastic under the extra sugary sweet tone. Do you think she would have noticed what went on between Zoya and Tanveer yesterday?

Oh yes, by getting tanveer to write Asads name on Zoyas palm it is clear that Asad will belong to Zoya only. Tanveer will try her cheap SR trick maybe next week or later, but wont be successful.

Lets see what happens next week. whatever it is will be dramatic and engaging... they cant be maintaining such silence!

Damn, I realised I have become a spoiler addict. While I enjoy the episodes when it is a complete surprise and also the last 2 months I had stopped watching SBS/SBB segments (relying on the WU only), I am having withdrawal symptoms and am dying of curiosity! 😆

Great post again, Sangeeta! I really enjoyed reading your post more than I did watching the episode 😊

All purpose villains store...ahahaaha...yeah...special acid that will burn only the foe...

can't complain because I didn't sit through...but I really do think the villains are too OTT and way outrageous in their schemes...

😳lovely post...but you know I just wanted to make one point...our serials/movies make such a big deal of symbols and songs and all...they only last so long...to be strong in love means standing up in situations that demand that kind of strength. Just dialogue baazi doesn't cut it...

These situations in the last few episodes are unnecessary to prove Z's love for Asad imo...

Asad and Z have already shown in many scenes (without Tanveer) that they will stand up for each other and also can stand up to each other for the right cause because they have the spine for it.

Tanveer is just not telling me anything new so she should leave..

2. Yakeen (faith): Zoya had warned Tanveer- mera pyar aur bharosa tumhari har saazish par bhaari padhega- this is what we saw last night. While some people are wondering why should Zoya tolerate the acid in the mehndi, I feel this is her way of letting Tanveer know that her faith in herself and her love for Asad is unshakeable. Tanveer would never be able to break her. Any threat would not dissauade Zoya's faith in her love. This gives me hope that even if Tanveer tries to pull off a SR or any devious stunt to fool Asad, Zoya would not break down or get fooled by it.

Loved the way Zoya taunted Tanveer with her killer looks and sugar coated sarcastic remarks.

3. Haq (Right): Last night, Zoya made it very clear that she was the lion king's queen and Tanveer had no right on Asad.

Zoya used the term 'mere shauhar ka naam' with complete authority. She even said Asad's name twice.

"Kahin galti se Jammy ka naam mat likh dena. Nikaah mera ho raha hai, tumhara nahin." This one sentence said it all. I wonder if Dilshaad heard it and wonder what she would make of it.

So, Tanveer has been given the honorable task of inscribing Asad's name on her palm. This is the ultimate clue- Asad would always belong to Zoya even if Tanveer tries otherwise. As I have said before, Tanveer has been the best wedding planner for AsYa.

A friend of mine (Muniza) mentioned that even though the acid will burn Zoya's palms, it will ultimately burn Tanveer in the long run.

Tanveer has played with fire for far too long. High time she gets burnt in her own acidic and fiery games. Hope next week, the blisters on Zoya's palm will pave a path to the unraveling of Tanveer's real face.

Highlight!!!! of the statement... best one just love it..

Hi Sangeeta, very nice post..

Three points you made were the message in mehendi, it wasn't just test of her love today but his yakeen in her. I am sure she didn't hear the Tanveer and Asad convo yesterday when he asked Tanveer to learn from her, but got its essence somehow in Tanveer's challenge, lets see if can stand any pain as he thinks..

Now I am really surprised at people thinking there was an option for Zoya. How many times Zoya tried to expose Tanveer and she failed everytime, Tanveer has been good in covering her tracks. If she complained today, how she could have proved anything again? She probably would end up destroying her own ceremony and let Tanveer win. Plus true love never comes without pain, we give up lot of times as we don't have courage to go through pain.

Zoya is a fighter so, she took the challenge. And you are right Dilshaad and Asad's happiness was her strength today. I loved the fact that she challenged Tanveer in open to give her blessing to their union, not like Tanveers coward way, sneaking into her ears behind everyone's back, but in front of everyone.

And yes the message was very clear, he will be her strength in future too, she will go through lot but he will be by her side always..

From precap, I have a strong feeling that Asad will side her and probably throw Tanveer out. Nikhat suspecting Razia/Haseena Bii means that Imran and Tanveer's secret will be out soon. But whether she will try to hurt Zoya before or after marriage is yet to be seen, Tanveer will retort after all the insults..
