Zoya woke up to a warm, golden sunshine dancing across her face, making her glow. She rubbed the sleep out of her eyes, as the birds happily chirped a "good morning" to her. Zoya smiled, now fully awake. She tried to get up, but she was pinned down. And that's when she noticed what position she was in.

Her head was resting on Asad's shoulder, her hand on his chest. Asad's arm was wrapped around her tiny waist, the other holding her hand. A small, peaceful smile played on Asad's lips.

Zoya struggled to get out of the bed, but to no avail. Asad only pulled her closer to him in a hug, making her gasp at the close proximity.

Zoya was walking nervously, playing with her fingers, when she tripped on a rock, not paying attention where she was walking. Asad immediately caught her, his arms automatically going around her waist and shoulders. Her arms wrapped around his neck, on reflex.

Zoya sucked in a breath, as their noses touched, and Asad kept an intense gaze on her.She coughed awkwardly, breaking their trance.

She attempted to break out of his grip, but the next thing she knew, Asad's arms were around her lower thighs, and her shoulders. He was carrying her. Bridal style.

All of the adults were seated in the living room, chatting amongst themselves, as they saw the kids walking in. Well, they were staring at Asad, who had tiny Zoya in his arms. The adults smirked.

"What?" Asad repeated, creeped out by all the looks he was getting.

Dilshad smiled. "Oh, nothing. Asad beta, go put Zoya to bed, and make sure to take care of her. Then you can come back here and help us with the preparations for the mehndi."

Asad nodded, and walked off to Humaira's room.

Meanwhile, everyone else gathered around to talk about the new, made-for-each-other couple ' Asad and Zoya. And, they decided to get them as close as possible. How? Together, all of them formulated a plan.
