It reminds me of the IPK days (no comparisons, just recalling the craze). All spoilers were negative - Arnav will leave Khushi, she will get pregnant, Khushi will kill herself, Arnav will be tormented. And in sab ke bad, the wedding actually happened without any major repercussions on anybody. I think yeh 4Lions ki chal hoti hain to increase Trps. Why otherwise would there be a sudden flood of spoilers from every damn body on the unit. Cameraman, director, spot boy, make up artist, puppy, cat, cook, butler... everybody😊

And from past experiences, I think the marriage will happen. Unlike some people who want a Zoyan track, are ok with Asveer etc etc, the truth is that the show runs on Asad-Zoya chemistry. Notice all the SBS-SBB segments, all news pieces, everything is about Asya. Everything else is tolerated because of them. So unless they dont want to learn lessons from Pavitra Rishta and Madhubala, I can safely conclude wedding has to happen. And after so much cost on functions and sets, CVs and channel would be mad not to have the wedding.
