Ok here's the update. Sorry its late I've been busy with my family just making the most of my holidays before ramadan. Apologies if I've made any mistakes.
Zoya woke up, she yawned and stretched her arms out smiling to herself after remembering last night, Asad was asleep right next to her his leg on hers it would be impossible for her to get out, she shook him awake and he groaned she giggled and whispered "morning gorgeous" he smiled and got up "morning sunshine" Zoya chuckled and hit the pillow again "ouch my back" Asad looked at her with a smirk, "you want a repeat performance of last night?" Zoya looked at him baffled "Erm...no." Asad grinned "Turn over I'll give you a massage" Zoya did as she was told Asad had started to give her a lovely massage, she closed her eyes and smiled "Thanks, that should ease the pain for a while" Asad started to circle his fingers on her back Zoya again closed her eyes "As-Asad that's enough" she jerked away from his touch. "What time is it?" "Shit its 10.15" he said sheepishly Zoya's laughed nervously "Oh crap"
Zoya came out the shower going over to the mirror and started to comb her hair Asad approached her from behind putting his hands on her waist, She closed her eyes at his touch and could feel his breath fanning on her neck he placed small kisses on her neck trailing down to her back Zoya took a deep breath. "Asad?" She whispered "hmm?" "I need to go home" Asad chuckled "ok, let's go" Zoya grabbed her things and they made their way downstairs to the car, Asad opened the door for her and got in himself. Zoya directed him to her place, the journey for the next five minutes was silent Asad cleared his throat "so now I know where you live I'll come down more often" he added with a wink Zoya laughed. They finally arrived at her place, "I really would like to meet you often Zoya" Asad said in a husky voice he brought his face closer to hers Zoya could feel his stubble grazing her cheek she brought her face closer and just then Asad took her phone from her hands moving his face back and typed something in her phone "Ring me" bringing his face to hers again and gave her a kiss on the lips, she kissed him back deepening the kiss. After a few minutes she pulled back and grinned at him "We'll be here all day" Asad smirked "I don't mind" Zoya kissed him and stepped out the car. "Bye Asad" and turned back.
As soon as she got to her apartment she was attacked by Aleesha "Oh my god Zoya! Where the hell were you? I rang so many times!" Zoya looked at her sheepishly "er just at a friends house" Aleesha shot her a look "really? Which friend?" Zoya grinned "Just a friend" and made her way to her room. She collapsed on her bed and thought about the events of last night everything had happened so unexpectedly, she smiled remembering the first time she met Asad. She broke from her thoughts when her phone rang "Hi is this Miss Zoya Farooqui?" Zoya sounded confused she didn't recognise the voice "Yes, who am I speaking to?" "This is Ayaan Ahmed Khan speaking I called you regarding your application sent to Dilshaad constructions" Zoya's eyes grew wide, ofcourse! She sent it out a few weeks back "I actually wanted to know what time you would be available for a interview?" Zoya felt like squealing "Err, I'm free all day tomorrow." "That's fine Miss Farooqui I'll put you down for 12 pm, see you then." Zoya disconnected the call and jumped up and down. Suddenly she remembered she applied for the secretary job for the owner.. Asad. She smiled at the thought of working for him.
After sorting out her interview stuff she finally got into bed and got her phone out, she texted Asad and straight after he rang Zoya giggled and picked up "Hey" "Hey gorgeous, you only remembered me now? I've been waiting by the phone all day" Zoya laughed "Sorry, I was busy." "Sure.. Wanna meet up tomorrow?" Zoya felt her stomach doing somersaults "What time?" "12?" Zoya's face fell "I have a interview then, another day ok?" "Aww man" Zoya heard a knock at her door "Listen I'm going, speak to you tomorrow. Bye" "Bye.." she cut the phone "Yes?" Aleesha came in with a frown "Who were you speaking to?" Zoya felt annoyed, "Just a friend Aleesha" Aleesha looked at her "Ok, goodnight" "Night Leesh" her phone beeped. "I'll check tomorrow, need to be awake early" she soon fell asleep.
The interview went well, and soon the week flew by she had been in touch with Asad and decided to tell him about the job only if she got it. They were due to meet the next day. Zoya got up and got ready for the day ahead she picked out a blue dress and black wedges. She stepped outside the house and to her surprise Asad was already there leaning against his car looking like a greek god. She took a deep breath and walked over to him she was glad Aleesha was at work today. "Hey" "Hey gorgeous" he stepped forwards and pulled her into a hug Zoya was shocked and hugged him back they broke apart and he opened the front passenger door for her, as the journey started Zoya looked at him he was different to what Ziad had said he turned out to be the sweetest person ever and she felt comfortable around him. They arrived at a restaurant and ordered some food, Asad held her hand as they waited for the food and they spoke about how the week went. "So what happened about the interview?" Zoya smiled "They said they were interviewing for 3 weeks and would only get back to me after then" the food had arrived and they began eating Asad had his eyes on Zoya the whole way through.
Asad couldn't stop looking at her she looked beautiful, she looked adorable while eating he shook away his thoughts and continued eating wondering how he would drop this bombshell on her.. This was the first time Asad had even gone on a date.. But this was Zoya she was different from the rest he felt attracted to her. After they finished Asad cleared his throat "Zoya.. I have something to tell you.." Zoya beamed at him "Sure, go ahead" he started feeling uncomfortable and sighed "Well I have a new project coming up in Mumbai and I have to shift there for a while" Zoya's face fell and he felt a guilty pang. "How long?" He closed his eyes for a while and opened them again "1 year.." Hope you guys liked it! You all were probably expecting something else after Sadie's hot update but I just want the story to build up a bit :) sorry if it didn't live up to your expectations. Also the updates will be less frequent due to ramadan. Do leave your likes and comments!
