It takes me some time to warm up to a show- any show. I was hooked on to IPKKND, when QH started. I checked out one episode of QH in the first week, and found it a little too loud. I had a lot of expectations since it was a 4L show. But the fact i sthat, I took almost a month to get hooked on to IPKKND.
I started watching QH regularly once IPK eneded, and it was one mitwa scene that floored me totally. It was the one when Asad tries to hide Ayan, as Zoya comes storming in, and she falls on him. I found the directpr was really smart there- Asad turned her around in his embrace, to hide Ayan- it was a brilliant idea!👏 From then on, I have not missed the show as far as possible.
The minuses:
EDITING- as you said. IT IS PATHETIC AT TIMES. The mitwas end abruptly or they have a break in between, like it happened on Friday- spoils the beauty of the scene. Also distractions like Tanver. They should put her in one segment as a whole, rather than interspersing her in between.
Sometimes, the bg music gets a little loud, though I like it on the whole.
Zoya's make up- I don't know what goes wrong with it at times- may be th emake up dada takes freq breaks?😆
Stretched out scenarios: Sometimes they do drag a bit.😉
QH is the only show I keep coming back to, no matter how tired I am, or how disappointing one epi might turn out to be. Always eager to tune in. 😉
Strengths:
The actors- all of them are good now.
The dialogues.
Direction and concept.
