just when do CV's plan on planting seeds of doubt in Zoya's head? For someone whose wild horses of imagination beat the speed of light, how does Zoya brush aside an attacker's theory on her Jash-e-bahaara?
Today CV had a great opportunity... the second time around when Asad teases her about being jealous, she should have shot back differently, and not repeating the dialog.
Asad: Jealous much , Miss Farooqui??
Zoya: You wish Mr. Khan. In fact since you obviously think your Tannu dearest would make the perfect bahu may be you should marry her instead. That way we both will be spared the drama.
Asad: Miss Farooqui, Tannu is a childhood friend and she isn't like you, childish and impatient.
Zoya: Oh yeah Mr Khan, I'll tell you what she is.. She is jealous. She is jealous because everyone thinks you two are perfect but I get to be the one who would marry you...
Asad: What rubbish, Miss Farooqui. You are impossible.
And moves away. But by now Zoya has stopped listening to him anyways and continues rehearsing the steps but mechanically.
She recalls all things that went wrong since Tannu's arrival at AAK's house. She chides herself for thinking like that but it's a start all the same. Only one person is common to all the incidents.
The gas leak.
Spilling water on phone ensuring the recorded message couldn't be retrieved.
The peanutty scare.
The poisoned sweet at Ayaan's sagaai.
The whole Visa fiasco including the tickets wala MU. (Plus, Dhurandhar's warning about a vamp playing spoilsport to their love story).
The live wire in the bath tub incident.
Tannu's doctor phobia + previous clinic outing.
The bloodied chick wala sample.
The saree disaster.
Tannu's false eye scare.
The attack on Tannu.
It doesn't have to evolve quickly, but with Zoya's over zealous mind she should be able to at least make a mental note of it and sub consciously be more observant of Tannu.
