1. Saying she will use sympathy to get closer to Asad
2. Faking the injury as if someone else attacked her.
3. Saying she has a horrible past which she does not want to talk about
4. Pretending to get scared of thundering (some guy could have taken advantage of her on a rainy night 😛)

So the predictions about Tanveer faking a rape to garner sympathy of Asad/Dilshaad are gonna come true?? She can also cover her pregnancy easily this way.

Even then she cant get asad to marry her, asad will say he will find the guy and make him pay (marry her) for what he did to his friend but will not say he will marry to save her.
