I am new here, I saw todya's SBB video.

I think Tanveer faints smelling something. Khan's family call a doctor. Tanveer acts scared and actually asking Zoya's help not to bring the doctor near her. After that she half hugged Asad. See the video again. Her weird antics make Zoya and Asad think about (Spoiler picture from dinning table).

Prediction:
