CV's I desperately wanted to see the ride back home from the airport today. How quiet was they, how awkward were they, how many words were shared, how many looks were exchanged, how many smiles were given to each other, how the silence spoke volumes, how many covert glances were bestowed, what questions or dilemma were going on each other's minds...you missed such a big opportunity to show this important scene.
When they returned home they were all settled from the shock and happiness but immediately after that filmy proposal or engagemnet the mind remains still hyper and then the most true emotions comes to the forefront. I wanted to see that. CV's learn to make a closure of a scene properly, I have seen earlier too Asad and Zoya scenes mostly doesn't have a proper closure, the scene fades out or it moves to another scene abruptly. I want to see 110% of all the minute details of Asad and Zoya. their reactions, their actions, their happiness, their sorrow, their fights, their love...everything in details. So hence forth please keep this in mind.
Ok I read the uproar in the forum now but am I the only one who is happy and satisfied? No I am not a sadist but what I loved was the CV's grasp of the characters. Frankly speaking Asad and Zoya have not reached that level of understanding where they will dotingly look into each other and say 'I Love You' forgetting all their differences and past. Seriously you all imagined that? They have to realize their feelings, understand the depth of it, recognise their compatibility, comprehend the capability of overcoming all possible misfortunes, most importantly understand each other and the shortcomings...then the Love comes.
What Asad did today was save his love from going away from his life and once that was accomplished he got his breath back and then he became his self again. This guy doesn't even know whether Zoya feels the same for him or not, he has emotional baggages right from his childhood which has not been erased from his subconcious level, no matter what and why Zoya did there is still the pending issue of Humeira's health for which the accusations are piled on them, he has no idea whether Humeira will live or not...and you all expected he will happily announce his love for Zoya.
A character like Asad is a dream come true for character analysts and please don't judge him from the surface, you have to delve way deeper in to the several layers of his mind and peel one layer after another to get to the core of his heart to understand and comprehend why and how complicated he is. He has come a long way and to publicly get engaged is a huge deal for a character like him, this in itself is a humongous growth. Frankly if everything was lovey dovey I would have been surprised today. Lots of shock and jolts will be needed for him to finally step across that level of barrier that is existent in his mind.
And anothee fact you all are forgetting is, this is not a 3 hour movie where the lead fights, then falls in love, sing songs, get engaged, gets married, fights some goons and then live happily ever after all within 3 hours. This is a daily soap that has to run for several months to a year. If they get happily engaged, happily in love, all hunky dory, then gets happily married and lives happily ever after...then what story will be left to be told and why will the audience be hooked on to the show to watch it!? They have to provide daily twists and drama to keep us hooked. Or else even we will be bored seeing daily dose of romance and nothing else. You all will be shocked to hear but I am not a KSG fan, never was and didn't like DMG because that is what I felt, all they showed was those loving looks at each other, coming close almost to kiss and run around each other. No offence to any one, this is my personal opinion but what attracted me to this show is the characterisation of Asad and Zoya and I have to say KSG is doing a fabulous job to portray Asad with his drawbacks and strengths.
So people just relax and chill, even if Dilshad chooses Tanveer, even if Asad goes back to his shell, even if Zoya is emotionally hurt...one thing is for sure that Asad will get married to Zoya only or else there the story will come to an end for me, can't accept and take Balaji storyline. There will be heaps of dramas and twists but in the end Asad and Zoya will be together.
Just wait for Ajmer guys and all will be out in the front. Even if Asad gets engaged to Tanveer before because of Dilshad, in the house of God some thing major will happen that will reveal Tanveer and her intentions and maybe Zoya's life will be in danger and Asad will again be like today and Mangalput and maybe he will scream in public about his love for Zoya and Dilshad will be witness to his feelings and emotions and things will be alright again but till then wait and watch the show. The CV's have a job to do, to tell a story in an interesting gripping manner and our job is to watch it and speculate and drool or sometimes be unhappy or criticise but give them the chance to tell their story.
Just my 2 cents again. For today I am happy because it leaves us teh scope of seeing ample romantic sequences that will bring them more closer. I wanted the CV's to take it slow and I am happy they are doing that.
