The channel also slaps legal notice on the actor for taking up another show, despite being bound by contract

Allegations of unprofessional behaviour are not new in the television industry, but matters took a serious turn for actor Rishabh Sinha, who has landed himself in a legal wrangle.
The actor, who plays Ayaan in Qubool Hai, has been served a legal notice by the channel and production house of the show. The reason ' despite being bound by an exclusive contract with the channel, he took up another offer.
A source says, "Leaving a show for another without informing anyone is uncalled for. It's least expected of an actor to treat his debut show in such an unprofessional manner. He has stopped reporting on the set and had also misbehaved with the producers and channel officials. The channel has decided to take strict action against breach of contract."
The channel is also hunting for Rishabh's replacement in the show, which also in all likelihood will be a newbie like Rishabh. Producer Gul Khan says, "We don't want anyone who is not professional. With interesting twists lined up in the storyline, we are going to cast someone who could even be paired romantically with Surbhi Jyotiaka Zoya in the show." All attempts to reach Rishabh were futile.
