My take on Asad's beaviour

Asad -

Seriously guys can you really blame him for his outburst? His mom means the whole world to him. He loves and respects her to such an extent that he didn't attend the engagement ceremony of the brother whom he prizes more than his own life just because in that house resided the people who snatched away every single happiness of his mom and shattered every single dreams of her. Which son or daughter's blood wont boil after witnessing their enemy badmouthing and insulting his/her mother in front of anyone and everyone. Razia went on to call Dilshaad a witch!!! When Zoya herself couldn't endure it as was quite evident from her shocked and hurt expressions, how can we expect Asad to not react? Asad, who is already known for his infamous rage. Had it been u or me in his place, would we have behaved in a calm and understanding manner? Certainly not. And according to Asad Zoya is responsible for all these as had she paid heed to his warnings and not taken such a drastic step nothing would have happened, which is true somewhere. Off course Zoya had done all that out of a very genuine concern for Asad and his happiness. but sometimes there are some boundaries which are best left uncrossed cuz it can often result in dire consequences.

Today what Asad said and did was more out of his hurt at Zoya's, according to him, lack of concern for his or his family's welfare and honor. His rudeness is his way to express his pain. His pain at Zoya's apparent lack of concern for what her single step could have brought upon him and his family compelled him to express his pain to her for the 1st time when he asked did she not care for anyone, even him. Here we can see that finally, though in anger, Asad is opening up to Zoya and is revealing his pain to her, though in a few words. Somewhere he feels that she should care for him and that he has a right to be cared by her. And hence comes the word's "Aapne kisiki parwah nehi ki? Meri bhi nehi?" Along with it comes a gush of pain.

However, in today's episode they have also shown a very positive aspect of Asad's character. His strength of character. The scene where Tanveer deliberately slides off her dupatta to entice Asad and is disappointed at his total indifference showed how much strength off character the man possesses. Compare this scene with whenever zoya is in his arms and the intense looks he gives her at every such moment. This showed that off course somewhere a romantic man with all desires is hidden deep beneath his rough exterior but unlike his own father, all those desires, those romantic notions are reserved only for Zoya.

Last but not the least we get angry most only with those whom we love the most.
