He is obsessed about his ammi's well being and happiness and since he has seen her suffer a lot, he just blindly listens to whatever she says..Even in Rashid's case, the only reason he refused to listen to her was cos he thought her life was in danger..Moreover, most kids raised by single parents are abnormally protective about them..It just boils down to his psychological issues again..This is precisely why i feel Dilshad is being reckless here..Even if she is suggesting Zoya here, i wouldn't really call her intelligent..Both are far from being ready for marriage and have a long way to go..Rushing something which is so important to win some flimsy challenge actually makes her look as impulsive and reckless as Asad😆
