QH is such a filmy serial . So I'm making this post to compare our QH to two popular movies that come to mind when i see asya. Changes are made in bold 😃.
1. The Runaway Bride:
Original version
Maggie Carpenter is a spirited and attractive young woman who has had a number of unsuccessful relationships. Maggie, nervous of being married, has left a trail of fiances. It seems, she's left three men waiting for her at the altar on their wedding day (all of which are caught on tape), receiving tabloid fame and the dubious nickname "The Runaway Bride". She meets Homer Eisenhower Graham, falls in love and eventually says "I do" to him.
QH version
Zoya Farooqui is a spirited and attractive young woman who has had a number of unsuccessful relationships. Zoya, nervous of being married, has left a trail of fiances. It seems, she's left three men waiting for her at the altar on their wedding day (two so far but if this ayaan zoya thing is true, ayaan will be the 3rd 😆), receiving tabloid fame and the dubious nickname "The Runaway Bride". She meets Asad Ahmed Khan, falls in love and eventually says "Qubool Hai" to him.
2. The Proposal:
Original version
Margaret Tate is the executive editor in chief of a book publishing company. After learning she is about to be deported to Canada because of an expired visa, she persuades her assistant, Andrew Paxton to marry her. Mr. Gilbertson, a U.S. immigration agent, informs them that he suspects they are committing fraud to avoid Margaret's deportation. Gilbertson tells them that they'll be asked questions about each other separately. If their answers don't match, Margaret will be deported to Canada.
QH version
Zoya Farooqui is the house guest of Asad Ahmed Khan in search of her abbu. After learning that she is about to be deported to New York because of an expired visa, Asad comes up with the idea of her being engaged to him. Mr. Batawdekhar, a Hindustan immigration agent, informs them that he suspects they are committing fraud to avoid Zoya's deportation. He tells them that they'll be asked questions about each other. If their answers don't match, Zoya will be deported to New York and he will become Mr.76th. 😆
