Yes because there are quite a lot of writers on this forum so to give equal chance to all, We decided one OS per writer and also many wont be able to submit more than one within rhe deadline too.
But if any writer is interested to write more than one then they are free to send it.
However the maximum limit is 3 OS per writer.

Language is not a big issue, You can write in english if you do not know hindi.
But the language has to be either english or hindi or a mix of both.
