Well for guys the engagement ring is put in the right hand.

i dont know whether wearing the wedding ring on the left or right hand has any cultural significance.i always thought that engagement and wedding rings are worn in the left hand, the only difference being that when you get married you shift your engagement ring from your left hand to the right hand.however i love him wearing the ring, because , normally in hindus men do not wear any symbols of marraige. only women do and its nice for a change to see a man wear a wedding ring and flaunting.it.

I thought, I was the only one who feels this way...but right on girl...Even I feel pushed back in to reality...seeing his wedding ring...No offense!!!

I think the wedding ring is a very precious and personal thing with loads of sentimental value attached so it shud entirely be an actors decision whether they wear it or not and we as viewers shud not comment on it either ...there is so much more to look at specially in KSG's case why focus on the ring😛

I am muslim too and here rings are on left hand..

Personally I feel it should be actor's decision whether he/she want to take their ring off or not. As for me I love it..My username says it all :D It never snapped me out of fiction :P And bout him wearing it on right hand..umm as some other fellow members stated its coz of the fact that Asad is unmarried :)

I like the ring...it goes well with his watch as thats the only two pieces of jewelry he wears.
And i always thought he wears it on the right cause Asad is not married in the show. Who knows when he gets married it might go to the left?...

He wants to wear his ring, whats the big deal. I find it disturbing that some people here find themselves pushed back to reality when they see his ring. 😕

Here in Europe everybody and I mean everyone wears their wedding rings on their left hand.

Is this a new trend? Or does it depend on the individuals preferences?

As I said this is a question asked out of pure curiosity and is not meant to be offensive in any way.

So anyone who can come up with a reason or an explanation?
