CHAPTER 3

Zoya couldn't understand what had happened . In morning Jahapanah was in such a good mood and now he was fuming with anger . She was really very upset and also angry on Jahapanah . But then she thought , Mr. Khan like a saviour , had saved her so many times , and today when he was in need then she can't back out . She took the fist aid box and went to his room .

Asad was lost in his thoughts . Zoya entered his room . She saw that he was sitting on the couch and was lost somewhere . She saw his hand bleeding . But as she remembered it was only his forehead that was hurt . Then she saw the broken vase and understood the matter . She went to him and took his hand , and started wiping the blood . Asad returned to his senses , and saw Zoya bandaging his hand . He tried to remove his hand , but her grip on his hand was tight . He silently allowed her to bandage his hand and forehead . his mind said to push her away , but his heart didn't allowed . There was broken vase . if he pushed her , and she got hurt then ; no he couldn't see that .

Zoya , after bandaging got up . She wanted to ask what was wrong .

She said "Mr. Khan , what……."

She was cut in between by a loud voice of Asad "Ms. Farooqui leave "

She stood there for a while .

"I said leave Ms. Farooqui "

She went back to her room , as just now it was useless talking to him .

That night they both couldn't sleep .

In the morning on the dining table , Zoya tried to act normal . She said her shayaris and spilled the water on the table . But she was surprised that Asad didn't scolded her . Even he didn't noticed what she was doing . Once also he had not looked at her . He had hardly eaten anything . Zoya offered some breads to him , but he just left for his room . Zoya was right . There was something really serious . But she didn't had power to ask him . She thought , she would go to dargaah and pray , that his problems get solved .

Asad was not allowed to go to office . Dilshad didn't allowed him to go to office . She told him to take rest at home . And it was her order , so Asad couldn't do anything .

Asad was sutting on the sofa when he heard Zoya and his ammi talking .

"Phupi I want to go to dargaah , will u accompany me ?"

"Surely beta , but just now I have to go to my cousin Nuri's house . She is really not well "

"No problem Phupi , when u return we will go together to dargaah "

"ok beta . now I should leave . Najma has gone to college . So take care of yourself and house . See , if Asad needs anything . I will br back soon . Bye beta "

So he was right . Asad was right . This girl was helping that man . Why did she wanted to go to dargaah , and along with ammi . Yes it had something to do with Janaab Rashid Khan . May be , he also must be there . No he was going to stop that girl . Asad thought .

Asad went to Zoya's room . She was sitting alone . As soon as she saw him , she got up from the bed .

"Hi , Mr. Khan . Did u wanted something ?"

"Yes "

"What do u want , I will have it in a second "

"Truth"

"Truth ,?? What are u saying Mr. Khan " Zoya was dam puzzled .

"Why do u want to go to dargaah ?"

"Mr. Khan why are u asking this "

"Why do u want to go to dargaah ?"

"Mr. Khan , I just wanted to pray for ……….." Dam what would she speak , she wanted to pray for him , but why ?

"Pray for whom Ms. Faaroqui ?"

"Mr. Khan actually ……."

"Pray for Rashid Khan , to help him."

She couldn't understand anything . "Who is he ?"

"Great , I must say u have great guts . I have seen u with him "

"But who is he . Mr. Khan , I seriously don't know about whom are u talking"

"I have seen u Ms. Faaroqui , so stop telling lie ."

I meet so many people daily , to find my abu . but I don't know their name . About whom is he talking . Zoya thought .

" I have never seen , so selfish a girl like u . u are cheating the family , who trust you so much . I must say Ms. Faarooqui , u are superb actress "

Zoya was blank . What was he saying , she couldn't get anything . Her eyes welled up . Tears were flowing from her eyes .

Asad started moving towards Zoya . She moved back .She was going to fall , and she would get hurt with the table . Asad moved fast and saved her from falling. He couldn't let her fall . He looked in her innocent eyes . Could they really lie . No , his heart didn't believed it . He forgot everything for a moment . He made her stand , and cupped her face with his hands . He wiped her tears . He wanted to kiss her . He kissed her forehead .

Zoya couldn't understand what was going on . His sudden mood swings was impossible for her to understand . When he kissed her forehead , she wanted to push him . But her heart didn't allowed her .

And suddenly realization dawned on Asad , what was he doing ?

Precap : Zoya leaving home , and then only Asad gets a phone call………………….
