He really does seem very very broken to see her in so much pain. I think he might remenber his own past watching her wait for her father only to be disappointed.
Tanveer is going to get it much worse once he figures her game out. I would run if I ever Tanveer, the guy has no control over his anger once pushed past the edge and Zoya has become very important to him now. Razia ki kya hoga pata nahi...the amount of crap she has put them all through, wonder what will be her karmic judgement.
