While our Ms Zoya Farooqui is an open book about certain things; doesn't hide the fact that she is jealous of Tanu and can do anything to get her Jahanpanah's attention, there are some people who are sneaky about their emotions and intentions.
Here are the sneaky people of the day:
#1. Asad Ahmed Khan: Remember when Zoya said "I know he likes being called Jahanpanah, ego ko boost milta hai." She was so right! Asad can act all non chalant and unperturbed by Zoya's antics, but behind the newspaper he had the sneakiest grin when he realized Zoya was showing signs of jealousy because of Tanu. This makes me wonder if Asad is a little insecure about Zoya's feelings for him. Is he scared of rejection? Can he not tell that Zoya is crazy about him and can do anything to please him or get his attention? His grin tells me that he was puffed up to see a little green Ms Muffet. So, is that why he tries to suppress his feelings? Even after Mangalpur, he was kinda disappointed that Zoya didn't talk about what happened between them, instead she was worried about Mariam. Asad, open your eyes and try to remember what she told you under the influence of bhaang- yes she does like you. No woman would tolerate so much humiliation, unless she was crazy about you.
#2. Feroz: He should have kept quiet after his 1 crore bribe, but the sneaky character that he is, he made sure that the division between the brothers remains intact. Divide and rule! I wonder if it was Razia's idea to make sure Feroze broadcast this news on national TV, just to create more wedges between the families. I was proud of Rashid today. Finally, he is developing a spine.
#3. Badi B: I have started enjoying the two sneaky buddhiyas. Loved the 'bhooth jhalakiya' samosa idea. Even a serpent like Razia wouldn't be able to tolerate one of the hottest peppers in the world. I think it's been in the Guiness book as the hottest pepper on earth in the past. It was great to see Badi B act so innocent about the samosas. Can't wait to see Razia tadpoing in the pool with her gut on fire tomorrow.
# 4 Tanveer: The sneakiest of all today. So, Ms Sharafat ki murti is pregnant! What will she do now? Convince Asad to marry her so her illegitimate offspring will have a shareef baap! I am sure she won't tell him about her pregnancy. Image kharaab ho jaayegi bechari ki.
Now I understand the significance of Zoya's window dance as seen on SBS today. Asad is going to ridicule her after the dance- shareef ghar ki ladkiya is tarah paraaye mard ke saamne naachti nahin gain. Poor Zoya, will be heartbroken and humiliated to the core.
Of course, for Asad, Tanu is the epitome of sharafat. She is covered from head to toe, doesn't seduce other men- just sleeps around with them. Asad is being trapped and he doesn't know it. He will accuse Zoya of being besharam but will agree to marry the real besharam.
Ayaan's sentence: Nikaah tho main zaroor karoonga...is very ominious. He never said Humeira. That means Ayaan-Zoya nikaah is on the cards guys.
But to remind us all...Zoya's sher at the clinic is very important for us to remember:
