I can't remember my first serial but it was on Zee as it was the first asian channel in UK in 1991/92.

Mine was Banoo Main Teri Dulhan too! We got Zee TV for the first time in 2006 and that was the show both my parents watched (and they watched literally every other show also, so I did too haha).

Zee and Sony were our only Indian channels until last year, so we didn't get Star One or anything or I probably would have watched DMG as well.

Wow that was such a looong time back. I dont remember correctly but I think it was Hum panch, dekh bhai dekh, wonder years, full house and so many more shows from 90s. :-)
Ah those were the good old days :-D I really miss those shows now. Comedy shows were sooo good back then.
