So I would have copied and pasted my Tumblr posts here but every time I have done that my account has been deleted so I am just going to link you guys to those posts; read at your perusal but basically it's addressing the issues of divorce and annulment, in relation to Ayaan and Zoya.

Thanks for the clarification ,I was confused as to how it actually works.And I agree with you if Zoya ayaan do get married khula makes more sense . And it will be a subject that has not ever been shown before .Cause halala has been shown before in a old serial that used to come on Sony.

Your posts really spell out everything clearly. Now that we know the PH is following the original story line, we all need to be familiar with these Islamic laws.

So, guys looks like there should be NO Halala track. Just an annulment of marriage between Ayaan-Zoya and then a real nikaah with Asad.

Are you talking about Heena? If so, in that show, the marriage was real and she did get married a second time but not for the purpose of remarriage to the hero but because it was accepted practice.

agree with you dear but the thing is all the QHians including me want to see Asya and we cant see them with any1 else even if its contractual or temporary!

the synopsis says that asad will get engaged to a traditional girl but she will turn out to be a gold digger.

i guess after this he will realise 'do not judge a book by its cover' but but but does he grade Zoya so less that he will accept her only after life kicks him in the gut???

well then i say she is better off with ayaan cuz a guy who cant understand ur worth can never love you unconditionally!
