I also think so.. Humera is really sweet so as Zoya.. They crossed paths of each other and this must have some significance.. Else of all the ppl Nihkat, Nuzat, Najma why did they show Zoya giving lecture on confidence to Humera.. I have strong feeling that there should be relation between them.

I think they will be step sisters not real, IF Siddique turns out to be Zoe's father

They are not step-brothers...they are half-brothers. They share the same father which makes Asad, Ayaan, Najma, Nikhat and Nuzhat all biologically and blood related!
