Asad cannot lie when he is under oath, it is an offense!

They can look for the stupid doll, they can do autopsy on the dead body to figure out who she might be.. if they cannot establish the motive, the case falls apart

They can look for Raghu who actually shot Dilshaad.. The guy is still roaming scott free

They can trace the call from the supposed agent who called AsYa to the factory..

Instead of doing any of the above, all they are doing is crying, shopping (Can't believe Najma had the mood to shop for world's best muffin when her abbu is in jail😲) , singing, blaming each other.. dear god .. this only happens in serials😆

Poor Ayaan, I actually feel sorry for him - after, as you rightly pointed out, having shown little responsibility all this while, he's now having to undergo this baptism by fire in trying to get Rashid out of jail with no money or clues at hand. I find myself quite moved by his family's plight, although a part of me is happy that their eyes have now been opened to Razia and Mamu's duplicity.

Asad is still clutching at straws like Tanveer to keep from drowning in his love for Zoya. Except I don't think he's managed to fool himself into believing Zo doesn't matter, hence his frustrated outbursts at her. If he was indifferent, he'd have treated Zoya with the chill courtesy that is due a guest. She's got under his skin and is burrowing deeper by the day.

Zoya - I'm so glad that she's back to her cheerful self and not moping around. I wish she'd turn her attention to finding that doll. least look like she's trying. Clearly that doll is not going to be found any time soon -the CVs are being their usual miserly selves when it comes to alleviating our frustration with the Doll Factory track. Same S-L-O-W treatment for Zoya's visa and Father hunt. Sorry for the rant - blame it on Asad-Tanveer. They do not leave me in a good mood.
