What will it take for Zoya to say 'Asad'?

So we've already established that Asad goes along with calling Zoya Ms. Farooqi most of the time, but now he openly calls her Zoya when he's concerned about her/freaking out about her wellbeing. But Zoya for her part, even when she's intoxicated, never once calls him anything but Mr. Khan or one of her assorted nicknames for him.

So what will it take for her to call him Asad?

At this point, given Zoya's behavior past that point and prior to it, I'm confused as to why she called Asad by his name after he rescued her from Akram. Because she's been at low points after that as well and never did it again.

Maybe Tanveer will spark it? As we saw in the precap, Tanveer calls him by his first name (obviously, as they're childhood friends). I'm not sure though!

What do you guys think?

I too have been wondering about this...when is a million dollar question...may be after they completely accept each other place in their lives...complete surrender of ones feelings...Asad only calls her Ms. Farooki because she addresses him as Mr Khan to keep a garb of formality on...

When Zoya faces a situation where her Asad will be in trouble or where she'll fear losing him like his accident or something then no doubt she'll scream Asad. It's filmy but it's nice

Haha I can't even begin to imagine a scene where Asad's in an accident right now- Zoya's quite the damsel in distress most of the time! 😆

as Asad calls her zoya when he has the fear to lose her, same will be with zoya, when she will fear to loose him, she will call him Asad...

Good question! It's hard to imagine a situation where Asad's the one who needs saving, and where Zoya becomes the savior! Which is really surprising because she's such a strong girl! Maybe when she is really in trouble and scared she will call his name? I think also as long as he doesn't truly respect her she won't allow her self to become that free with him..thoughts?

You know, I would actually like that a lot! It would be unexpected and sweet.

I agree. After that stint with Akram, never made sense why she called him Asad there (by the way) and not anywhere else. Really wish she would. Accha Khaasa naam hai bhai, uska isthmaal karo na.
