Razia's Plans

Ok so we have figured out why Rashid is Razia's ghulam, but I feel like there's more to the story, why did Rashid agree to burn down the factory in the first place? (money could be the most obvious reason)

Another point-Who is the murdered person (as I posted earlier, mamu jaan is zoya's dad and zoya's mother was Razia's victim)

Two other plans of Razia's that still have been left unsolved (unless it was a thing the viewers should've just assumed)
1)Why did the siddiqui's want to get ayaan and humera married?
2)Why did they want Nikhat married to Haseena bi's son, Imran, so badly?
