Just a little note to those who don't really know me... I am not a really romantic person... And this song is intensely romantic.. So I'm gonna try really really hard to make this work.. But I really hope u like it.:)
Here goes nothing.. Again.. :)
"Asad!" Zoya called out. She had been waiting downstairs for 10 minutes already on her her boyfriend." Mujhe laga ki larkiyaan larko se zyaada der lagati hai ready hone mein.. Lekein ye toh.. Uff! Apne cheezon ko perfectly suitcase mein rakh ra hoga... Jaise ki vaise bhi woh bigrenge nahi.." Zoya said to herself. "I'm here!! Geez Zoya! Like you not always late! It's justified for me.. It's the first time!" Asad defended himself. Asad had booked a night for 2 at the Hilton Hotel for himself and Zoya and they were supposed to leave in 10 minutes. His ammi had suggested that they go out somewhere since she and Najma were visiting a relative.
"Ab chalein ya phir apne socks fold karna bhool gaye?" Zoya said sarcastically with a smile to Asad. "Nahi nahi, we have a lot of time to waste so go on and finish up anywork you have left." she continued.
"Achcha baba.. I'm sorry.. Can we go now...?" he looked at her with pleading eyes. Haye! She just loved those eyes of his! "Fine.. " she grumpily replied.
And they left.
When they reached the hotel and went to the reservations counter she heard Asad ask for rooms beside each other. She couldn't help but smile at him. He was so sweet.. Yea they were bf-gf but still they valued their morals, values and religion. They knew that they had to have two different rooms and she thanked God silently for giving her Asad. She knew that of there was some other guy, he would have taken advantage of the situation and booked one room.. But her Asad.. Never ... She respected that about him a lot. As they made their way to their rooms they decided to meet at the lunch area.
Zoya kept her stuff in her room and changed into a cute black and purple romper since it was hot and she was going for lunch.
When they met downstairs they took a table by the poolside and began eating and talking. Time passed as they ate, laughed and joked around. Then they took a stroll in the hotel park as Zoya held on to Asad's arm as they walked. Since they were both a bit tired they decided to rest and then meet later.
At about 6:30 in the evening, Asad knocked on Zoya's door. She opened it sleepily, "Kya hua Asad? Itni jaldi aagai? Abhi toh che bhi nahi baje.. Sirf -.." her eyes turned to the clock and she shouted "Ahh!! It's 6:30 already!? Tum pehele kyun nahi aaye?! Humari reservation bhi chali gayi ballroom dinner ki!! Sab meri vajah se!" she stomped angrily. Asad just smiled at her.. She looked cute stomping angrily in that romper.. Actually she just looked cute overall.. "Zoya... Calm down.. Don't worry.. I knew you were tired so I changed the reservation to 7:15. " Zoya stopped stomping around like a five year old. "Really? Oh Asad your the best !" and she threw her hands around his neck and jumped on him crossing her legs behind his back like five year old.. " haha.. Yes really"
he replied. He closed the room door and carried Zoya in his arms just as she was to her bed and sat down. She immediately jumped off.. " coffee..?" she asked. "sure.." Asad said. "Black and bitter?" Zoya asked with a laugh. Asad just shook his head.. He didn't know what he would with this girl. He went and stood in the balcony until Zoya finished with the coffee.
Soon, he felt a soft, delicate hand caressing his hair..and another hand in front of him with a coffee. "Kya hua..? Kya soch rahe ho?"
"Kuch nahi Zoya.." he said taking the coffee from her hand.. "Bas zindagi ke bare mein soch raha hoon.." She understood his emotions.. She knew the best thing for her to do at this moment was to just hold his hand, stand close to him in the balcony with the cool breeze and finish the coffee in silence.
After a while, she said "Ab tum niklo yahan se aur jakar ready ho jao.. 15 minutes left to get ready Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan... Go!!". He left and went to his room. At exactly 7:15 he stood outside her room in a white shirt, black suit and black tie. He looked extremely handsome. He knocked on Zoya's door and when she opened it his mouth literally fell open with awe. She was dressed in a strapless silver dress upto her knees with a black bolero and black heels. She wore silver and black earrings and a black necklace that Asad had given her. She looks hot, Asad thought.
Wow.
He gave her a kiss on the cheek and told her " Peheli baar tum mujhse achchi lag rahi ho.. Not bad Zoya..". She gave him a small push and laughed.
They headed to the ballroom where the dinner was kept and took a seat. After they had the appetizer, Zoya said to Asad, " I have a gift for you.. Just wait a few minutes you'll find out". Asad was surprised at this.. He nodded slowly and waited. Soon to his surprise he saw her on the stage.. "Today I am here with someone very special to me. This person has always been there with me throughout every thing in life and has always made ME feel special. Today, I wanna give back a little of that. This song is dedicated to you my sweetheart." she said with a smile looking straight at Asad whose eyes were glistening with a hint of tears.. Tears of joy though...
She started, "Suno na, kahe kya, suno na, dil mera suno na.. Suno zara... Teri baahon mein mujhe rehna hai raat bhar.. Teri baahon mein hogi subah..". She looked at Asad who was smiling so proudly at her, his eyes full reciprocating her love. She continued "Be intehaan... Be intehaan.. Yun pyaar kar.. Be intehaan.. Koi kasar na rahe.. Meri khabar na rahe.. Choo le mujhe is kadar.. Be intehaan..." she stopped again to look at him but was shocked to not see him in his seat. She looked around the room and then hung her head in disappointment. Suddenly, she heard a familiar voice.." Jab saanson mein teri saansen ghooli toh phir sulagne lage.. Ehsaas mere mujhse kehene lage.. Haan, baahon mein teri aake, jahaan do yun simatne lage sailaab jaise koi behene lage.." she smiled and turned around to see her beloved Asad standing there and finishing the song.. She stood up and gave him a big hug.. "I love you baby.." she whispered in his ears.. "I know you do.. And I love you much more.." he said to her. "And I have a surprise for you.." he said. "What?! There is a bigger surprise than making YOU sing? I must be dreaming.." she said incredulously. "Yep." and he bent down on one knee.. He was encouraged by the thunderous applause and encouragement of the rest of the ballroom... "Zoya Farooqui.. Will you marry me? And love me for the rest of your life..?"
She could not believe her eyes! Yh she knew this would happen one day.. But todaii!? Woah.
"Ofcourse I will. And I'll love you always..Be Intehaan."
There you go..!! I knew it's hugeee Again!! But what to do?!! I love to write and I need a storyline!!
