I observed it too and it was definitely intentional. Furthermore, we will soon see him in white when he goes to give her coffee (both will be in white)..which I guess signifies that he is correcting his mistake and sees the truth now.

Also, I was initially skeptical that the beard was intentional...but you were right Bheegi. Great observation indeed!

I wish they focused as much on Zoya's appearance. Today she still had full-on make up, her shiny belt etc.
