Slaps are not romantic.
They hurt like hell.
I've had ALOT of experience wiv em.

Someone even wishes to be slapped by her love! Because he was looking hot!😲

That's the point. Reality is not like serials! You can't love anyone who slapped you!

I am actually tired of watching man abusing woman and all! Every serials are very much interested in this topic . There are many good things in love also, supporting and caring for each other! And I can't understand how people can fall in love so easily! Asad already felt "something" for Zoya! But for me that was so early!

Agree with you completely. Asad's behaviour was totally wrong, he SHOULD NOT have slapped her no matter what.
Gul always wanted a dark love story since her IPK days but there the channel didn't allow much so she got it here in Qubool Hai.

Its actually shocking 4 me to see that young girls on the forum are supporting his actions n are saying that was his way of showing his HAQ on her, it was a way of showing his aggressive love... but for me it was just atrocious, something which I completely detest.

I read posts where people are excited that Asad in the attempt to ask for her forgiveness might hurt himself n I on reading those posts was like R U SERIOUS.

It amazes me that Zoya will be made to fall for this same guy. I hope this time atleast the guy is made to regret completely in a manner which makes sense rather than showing stupid things like burning his hands n I hope Zoya gives him a hard time n leaves the house. I wish she does not gets back to her comedy.

I'm sorry for saying this but almost everyone condoning the slap is a confessed Karan Singh Grover fan so I can't even take their reasons seriously. They are just fangirls doing blind hero-worship. That is what makes the slap hot, romantic and a turn-on. Because their fav is enacting the character of Asad. Bitter, but true. If it was Ayaan dishing out the physical abuse, the whole forum would have seen the light because Rishabh does not have fangirls - yet.

That's so true! People should know the difference between a "character" and an actor. There is nothing wrong if you love some actor! But that actor is not "the character".

Believe me - it will get worse as someone said, he will put his hand in a grinder or something stupid and Zoya will make him haldi paste.. something really stupid. O and yes, the burning of his hands - that is what they thrive on. It will be treated with the worst level of sympathy that you can ever imagine - the show is not geared of us viewers at all - it is for a young teenybopper audience and that's really scary to endorse these behaviors...

And I thought this was a a rom-com😕 not some dark and disturbing show.

My sister said the same...if it was a fat balding dude they'd be upset.

I like KSG - I am a fan - I liked Asad but this behavior of his totally 🤢 me. Such a turn off. So sad it happened. Totally me put me off him and the romance - was really enjoying show and this has ruined it for me.

Word. And I have never given two hoots for any actor. In television serials I just focus on the character but people always bring their fav in between whenever we've tried to critically discuss a character - esp Asad. I have noticed that in a lot of posts and it frankly is very off-putting 😕

hey agree with you. nothing gives right a man to slap a woman, it may behis love interest or not... but slaping to a girl is illegal, and this action was really not understandable in such beautiful show. he could shout at her like as always , that is still acceptable he could ask her to leave his house. as he is under MU. but to raise hand? that is quite wrong message in society too...

I didn't support Arnav when he abused Khushi. So this time I can't support Asad also. Dark love story is not always slapping, abusing.

Haq?? From when a man can raise his hands on a woman and that's his "haq"? How we can expect that society will change, when we "educated girls" are very much ok with all these!!

Same here! I so hope I can see a brave and strong Zoya! Comedy is ok, because that's how her character is! But not OTT man!!

I was appalled when I read that comment where a girl said that she'd love to be slapped by her 'love'!
People DO get influenced by fiction on a certain level. The maker of these shows n movies, writers of such novels need to stop portraying violence as romance.
Its sickening to see girls wanting to have their men abuse them (both verbally n physically).
