Don't know why ppl r fussing about this . Its not man/woman situation .its a Son /a human being ,who is responsible for his mother to hospitalized nd is fighting for her life . Asad is always more possessive than a normal man coz he had already lost nd now no more in situation to loose his only strength ,his guide ,his mentor .
If u remember his dialogue when he saved Zoya "Mard vo hote hain jo aurat ki hifazat karte hain. yahaan koi mard nahi hai" That is real Asad nd his value is,to protect women ,keep them safe .He always did that but in this situation i m with him. That was an impulsive reaction of a son.

I am against hitting, but wasn't that upset. As Zoya's timing was completely wrong. Why she didnt console Najma instead when she knew how hurt he is and needed a moment alone..
Zoya is sweetheart, and she doesnt know what happened at office, mamu's call and all. Same way Asad doesn;t know whole truth either..
Like you said this happens in all serials, why so much roar here. Every serial, guy left girl in dire situation, they smack or push around girls, sometimes wives, never saw them complaining on their forums why here...

Absolutely well said very well put...the discussion just did not stop everyone was only talking abt that slap and no one discussed anything about the other scenes which were awesome😊

Ya exactly he is a thorough gentle man and respects women a lot ...this slap was just in a fit of anger which is justifiable seeing the situation n his mind set

Absolutely i mean it was a small segment and everyone made a big issue about it...his reaction was absolutely justified anyone would have behaved that way if in his state of mind
