She has too much of an unfinished story on this show...do you really think its going to happen? I love Dilshad. She's so sweet and cute and Zoya deserves a MIL like her.

Is there any chance she'd survive even with the doctors' prognosis? Anyone have any scoop? I tried to read up online but no one's confirming the actress leaving.

Dilshad can't die, if she does then it's very difficult for the story to move ahead, she just got some clues and she is the only one who knows something about some raaz, in Mr.Khan's (Asad) family and if she dies the raaz will be far from Asad and story won't progress. But never know what CVs have in store, they know better. But really don't want Dilshad to die, she is really sweet and I can't see Asad as a orphan, I really don't want him to go through that phase, he already has enough of pain.

I'm thinking CVs would want Zoya to reveal about being an orphan while Asad still has a parent. it wouldnt make sense otherwise because we are all awaiting that moment when Asad will feel so guilty. If Asad, too, has no parents...it wouldnt be the same emotional sequence that we've been waiting for.

Yes indeed the actress playing Dilshad has another show Junoon on Life's OK, but haven't seen her so frequently in that show
And even if the actress is commited, tha character Dilshaad doesn't have to die for that...

I will be very pissed if Dilshaad dies...she is one of the most lovable characters of QH besides : Asad, Zoya and Najma

I dnt think she is gana die as theer is so much to her character that is still to be seen and plus there's a huge chunk of the story that revolves around her in the show.

No its not a dream sequence cause we saw doc talk to asad in precap. I really pray nothing happens to her. Truly love her character and i would be heartbroken. But it went straight to her heart :(

I pray if something were to happen its just a comma or something which she can come out of but not death. Please cvs :(
Might have to hold a protest if that happened. Dilshad doesnt deserve that. If anyone were to take a bullet id rather it be rashid or mamu or razia. :(
