I have sent the poll to the respective people who write this show. It is imperative that know how we feel. I have several friends who are writers (in the west) - some famous - and they have all said, feedback is imperative from the fans of a show. The idea that CVs should never hear the hearts and souls of the public are ones that will never grow as writers.

While there is always a plan for a show, every script evolves with time...writers might have preconceived ideas but as the show develops, new ideas and concepts emerge and some, often are inspired by US. So those who are upset with others voicing their views, ignore these posts but do not stop them from coming here.

The writers will listen and respond accordingly - they too have a choice and when they hear our voices of what we like, they will use their creativity even more to give us a show we like 😊

I find your comment horrifically offensive, rude and disrespectful. For you to even suggest that I would be forceful with any writer is beyond me. I am educated and do know how to engage in conversation with them. I noticed your post where you feel the need to tell others what to do on this forum and I find this need to be authoritative to other members completely out of line. We are all entitled to do what we want and what we feel is right. If you do not want to discuss the possibility of an Ayaaan Zoya jodi and that it would ruin this show (perhaps because you are fan), then it is not your place to tell others what they can and cannot put here or how to give feedback.

This is a forum - everyone has the right to come here and express their views. If a view is does not go with your line of thinking, then ignore the post and learn how to handle it. There is a huge world out there where you will see and read things that might not be of your liking - you cannot tell the whole world to shut up and or dictate to them what to do.

As for writing shows I have never witnessed such fear in expressing how people feel about a show other than on this forum. When people do come forward, fear mongers like yourself come here and scare them into thinking if they talk about their concerns the writers will retaliate. What nonsense is that?

For information, you do know and will never know the conversations I have had with other writers.

Thank you

To all:

I cannot promise anything. I do not know if they will even read my posts. However, I believe that unless they know how we feel, they will never be able to take the show in the direction that will appeal to all of us. Writers know that fans makes a show - it is for us (and themselves sometimes) that they write a show. If we are not happy, then what is the point? Every writer, actor etc, thrives on the admiration of their fans - we do make or break them. So in order for us to engage in better communication, let us hope they understand how we feel.

They know we love the Asad and Zoya jodi - we appreciate what they've given to us and it is because of that appreciation we do not want to see it ruined with an Ayaan Zoya romance. Perhaps they thought about it...perhaps they have something interesting planned..but if they know how we feel earlier in the game, they might have the opportunity to select another track that they had in mind that does not involve this romance.

Let's hope that our voices will be heard. 😊 Remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained👍🏼

Great initiative Laila 👏 The truth is that television or for that matter any audience is not passive anymore. And words of appreciation and praise are needed to boost a creative team but words of dissent will not harm either. Not when it comes through the proper channels and is recieved in the right spirit.

The PH of one of the shows I follow have set up a message board on their official website where they ask viewers of the show to tell them ONLY what they do not like, what they do not wanna see, and what the audience feel is not working. And they may not implement all the suggestions but they do take on board the viewer opinion in a sporting manner and it makes the viewers feel included. It makes them feel as if it is THEIR show too.

Such actions on the part of the viewers do not undermine the PH but rather they contribute. And the PH always reserves the decision to act on the suggestions or not.
