Hi guys! Since the beginning of the show, there have been various topics regarding the nature of Zoya's character. Here is my opinion 😛 Feel free to disagree!
With some characters, yes I think we need to relate to them to appreciate them, but with some, it is enough to sit back and enjoy their craziness. Zoya is one of those characters 😊.
No, i would not do most of the things she does, but you have to understand that this is a television show. It's not reality! Things have to be different, personalities have to be more exaggerated to stand out!
Zoya is a unique character. Her ways are different from other television leads, and thats what makes her noticeable and interesting. I for one LOVE realistic cinema/books; but this is a television show telecasted 5 days a week. If they showed us what happens in an ordinary person's daily life, NO ONE would be interested. You think you would, but you wouldn't!
If you really think about it, isn;t Asad completely hard to relate to as well? He is a proud, very head-strong, orthodox man, who is authoritative and black/white in his approach to life. If you ever met a man with these qualities, wouldn't you instantly dislike him? But here we love Asad, hopefully not just because we love KSG; but because we ENJOY watching him, and we hope to see him develop and grow.
I think, if we have the same attitude towards Zoya, we would enjoy the show much, MUCH more.
What do you guys think? 😃
