Whenever Haseena breaks the marriage, possibly in today's episode, I'd like to see Rashid and Shireen speaking out in support of their daughter, instead of the Mamu, Razia, Ayaan or any of the other siblings. đ I think that if they do this, they will do full justice to the track, as well as the context of the show - today's generation's Muslim family. It could be a beautiful moment, amidst all the tragedy!
And yes I understand that Asad and Ayaan are the "heroes" of the show, but that does not mean that the rest have no brains, say or humanity! In this situation, for once I would like Rashid and Shireen to "save the day" instead, as it would be more apt.
Oh and just to clarify, I understand that Shireen is dumb, as in she isn't very intelligent, but you do not need intelligence to be a good human being. And any good human being (which Shireen is portrayed to be), would speak in favor of her daughter, and her future. Anybody, who has even the tiniest bit of humanity in them, would be able to foresee Nikhat's horrible future in Haseena's house. And i really hope that if Razia tries to make amends or sauda with Haseena, then Rashid shuts her up, and says something about how important Nikhat is to him & her Nikhat's self respect, or something along those lines. Otherwise, I genuinely think he would be the worst father.
I think this would have a much better impact overall đ
