I haven't seen a lot of Indian soaps in fact, I've only seen 4lions' previous shows. 😆 but I noticed, the eyeliner isn't so heavy on those woman..you know what I mean!
The eyeliner is so visible on the female characters in Qubool hai- except shireen
And I've heard that wearing eyeliner in Muslim culture is important or something..
My friend didn't call it eyeliner though...she said something else. I forget! (She's pakistani)
But is it true? Is it a part of the culture/religion? 😕

It's good for the eyes. It makes your eyelashes grow too. I've been using it ever since I was a kid.

Also, Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) used to wear kohl (kajal) before going to sleep.

surma or kohl are not part of the religion - its just something that the Prophet did and the women of that time did, so it passed into Muslim culture. You don't get sins if you don't do it nor if you do it, similarly you don't get goodness if you do it/don't do it.

Its just part of culture - and even Indian culture as a whole loves kajal.
