A Request to CVS Ayaan cannot marry Zoya because of AsYA
This is a communication or request to the CVS of Qubool Hai about AsYas Future regarding Zoya & Ayaan s hypothetical marriage!

First and foremost I must express my delight in watching KSG after such a long time. Words are not enough to define his acting and portrayal of Asad, a character with that depth, complexity and all the different shades and layers, but also the simplicity that he carries himself with is amazing.
And it is a treat to watch my daily dose of "Qubool Hai" (after a long and tiresome day at the university) I am looking forward to come home and observe each and every expression of KSG in minute detail, I wish I had the same concentration and focus during lectures also, I would have had a different study results then.
Anyways, as the title reads this is a very early prediction, so please bear with me and also please members of IF share your views.
Asad agreed to marriage because it is his mother's wishes "Armaan" (how I love that name/word) but he is not at all expecting or seem to ever allow himself to fall in love, that is to say if he can decide. But the nature of hearts, we are all very well aware of ' This will not be the case. Asad will fall and fall really deeply in love. But as he told his mother that "one always hurts the person one loves the most" ' this dialogue brought me to think that when Asad gradually understands that he is developing a soft corner for Zoya, he might end up in pushing her away farther and farther away from him and in that process hurting her and as a consequence hurting himself more than ever.
For Asad, his pride and sense of superiority and at times his male ego and authority over others might give way to expressing or confessing his love but his father's betrayal and conceit will empower and might have the upper hand, at least for a long time until he can get over that betrayal.
His father has psychologically damaged Asad and changed his views of marriage and matrimony. He agrees to marry and be faithful to his wife but he will not love her. He will have a monogamous relationship/marriage at any cost not for the sake of love, not for loving his wife and being attracted to her passionately or intensely but because he cannot stand betrayal. He can never put a woman trough the circumstances that his mother was forced to face.
Coming to the rumors or reports of Zoya marrying Ayaan, and Asad reuniting them by performing "halala" and in the process falling in love with his brother's ex-wife is not really that tempting to watch. Although the story is fresh and new but if CVS are going to take this path, Please choose someone else for the role of Zoya's first husband and not Asads own brother. Choose a friend of Asad rather than his blood related brother. I can bear with the idea of Zoya marrying Asad's friend first for a while anyways but not his brother for the reasons below.
Because judging from Asad's character he won't ever allow himself to love Zoya even if she loves him dearly, he will not accept her, not whole heartedly and will live his life with culpability and an immense guilt of taking away his brothers happiness leading to his own self destruction. In his own eyes Asad will see himself as a failed brother, a failed lover/husband and failed son (to his mother's upbringing).
As regards the rules of Halaala, a woman who is divorced thrice (verbally or in paper) cannot marry or perform "nikaah" with another man with the purpose of returning to her first husband as it is considered as a sin. The Nikaah will not be considered as a legitimate Nikaah. This will be interesting to watch and see how CVS can come around this. I have seen women that have been divorced by their husbands (verbally Talak three times) and they have then performed Nikaah with another man and consummated the marriage and been with their newly wedded husband for lesser than a day sometimes and sometimes for a longer period of time in order to be divorced again and perform Nikaah with their first husband.
The concept of halala is interesting and will be a learning experience for many that have perhaps misunderstood the reasons of this rule and I am personally happy that this topic has been brought to light in Indian TV but please CVS stay away from the brother as even in real life where brothers trust each other immensely rather than other men, they don't let their "ex- wives" to perform halala with their brother in-laws. This is beyond my understanding!
Therefore CVS,
This is my sincere request, wish and appeal not to take this route. Because Zoya and Ayaans marriage will result into an awkwardness, guilt, blame, discomfort and unhappiness for all the three involved, two brothers having been married to the same women is not really what I signed up for, this will be a disappointment indeed! And Please Let Ayaan be with Humaira, she seems to be a sweet tempered girl who can handle his flirtations better and Ayaan looks like Zoya's younger brother.
I want Asad to live his life with his love without guilt and with acceptance and respect and his head high.
And one more word CVS please keep in mind not to romanticize religion, Islam in this case. And handle this issue of "halala" if you are taking that route with caution as it is a sensitive topic, portray it as real as possible and not make a romantic thing of it.
