Asad's mom still questioning why her husband left her? Where she went wrong even after 17 years? Her not getting the answer was little bit to extreme today I think.I hate when women blame themselves when their loser husband leave them for some one else.😡I hope Dilishibad realizes it was never her fault, and it was his. That it was his loss to leave her, and get a drama queen wife like Shirin.it was never her fault. She never went wrong.I loved how Asad told her that it none of her fault.Ahha good boy..I just hope Diishibad moves on along with this chapter of life, and buries this question.I hope she realizes that it was never her fault to being with, and Rashid leaving her. It was his fault. He was the loser losing her, not her.She should realize that she is a winner in front of him because she raised two kids on her own.She raised a boy by herself who has gone from rags to riches to story. She should realize what a fantastic job she has done raising both of children ,and giving them the best life she could afford.Because of her effort, look where Asad is today.I salute this woman for raising two by herself without a man's help. She reminds me all the single moms who are doing the same.😳

Nice post. However, I beg to differ on one thing...I don't think Dilshad went to extremes. Her reaction is a very common one we find in situations of divorce, abuse, or abandonment. The victims always think something was wrong with them, that they weren't good enough or that they deserved this. That's why you'll see even children of divorced couples sometimes feeling that some how it was there fault.
I know it's an incorrect sentiment...but it's very easy for an outsider to judge and very difficult if you actually have to walk in their shoes.
But I love how you pointed out how she must have pulled herself up by her boot straps and carried on.
As if single parenting isn't difficult enough...who knows what financial struggles she may have undergone. Yet she managed to raise 2 children in a most amazing way. And I say amazing...because the serenity, the manners, the uprightness, she herself possesses...she managed to transfer onto her son Asad.
We haven't seen her daughter yet...but considering her mother and brother...I expect her to be the same. Thought I do hope she'll be a bit more chulbulli...otherwise life in that house would be quite dreary. 😆
So I too join you in saluting this amazing woman.👍🏼

17 years later her past came back and confronted her. In an unexpected situation she kept her dignity composure. She broke down at the privacy of her own home, I applaud her for not creating a scene. Today was an emotional day for her, but I like this lady!
She is poised, classy, beautiful, smart, independent and most importantly well mannered!

You have to realize that this is EXACTLY how people react in real life...and I say this from experience, from having seen situations like these up close and personal. This isn't about Dilshad being weak or blaming her self, but mere human nature where there are times when the confidence of the strongest people waivers especially when your past shows up in an unexpected manner. This isn't about weakness of character just a weak moment and everyone who is anyone goes thru it at some moment or the other and its natural. You can be a wall to others but in moments of sadness or self reflection these questions can go thru people's minds. I'm glad that the CVs are showing it this way rather than glossing it over and showing an unnaturally strong or unnaturally weak character because people really go thru these things and react to them with a range of emotions and aren't ALWAYS just strong (no self doubt, no sadness ever) or always just weak and that's exactly what you see here.

Dilshad should not feel that she had mistake.
It was mr.rashid extreem greed for money ,frame make him leaving his wife and child and marry a drama queen.

I just give credit to Dilshad for trying to give Asad and Najma the nest upbringing that she could, and not keeping any expectations from Rashid. He left her and she went on to live her life , instead of wallowing in self pity like Shireen. Dilshad may love Rashid but she still has an individuality and self-respect.

Dilshaad's reaction is perfectly normal. I react like her even today. My divorce with my daughter's father happened almost 10 years ago and I still blame myself. No matter how many time other people have told that it wasn't entirely my fault. Yes I made a few mistakes because I didn't know better. I was young and stupid. But back then I didn't know my ex was suffering from Schizophrenia or I would have handled things differently.
After the divorce I had to pick up the pieces of my shattred life and single handledy raise my beautiful daughter. It's not easy and guilt comes easy. You can not help questioning and reflect over the circumstances especially during lonely nights.
Going back to QH. The actress is doing a great job portraying Dilshaad's emotion and the character is so beautifully presented. She has not, as far as I can tell, filled her children's head with hate for their father or has openly critisized him. It shows signs of a great character. .
