So the most prominent possibility is.
Rashid has an extra maritial affairs with shiren and there ayan born.
I think nikhat also born before rashid and shiren marry.
Because you see if rashid and shiren marry 17 years ago.
So their first child after marriage will be not more than 16 years.
Nikhat does not look like 16.
She looks at least 19-20.
And if she was 16 years old than.
Than she is non adult and there would be no activity for her marriage.
So it is clear that rashid has two child with shiren before he marry shiren.

Well abhi toh 3 epi hua so dont confuse urself so much and wait for coming epis :)
