Ayesha called Avantika means in her subconscious mind she remembered Avantikas number maybe.

Haven't seen today's episode but from what I have heard.

Yeah according to spoilers she rings Avantika. Who knows she may start to remember things soon. Also, when she fed Harish pani puri she made it hot and Harish loves hot pani puri according to the flashback. So little clues there. It will be fun investigating how Ayesha is actually Pankhuri on the forum!
