I think as Aneesha did not know the whole story yet . What i think after Aneesha told that nana ji had promised her that he will pacify the whole family and will try to accept her marriage . I think at the very time nani ji went into coma and he and the family got involved in that one and so Aneesha nani does not know her sister condition in India. She had to face this misunderstanding and then she will understand everything . She needs to clear all this and i think once she knows this all will be clear .
