Nitesh Pandey a.k.a Harish Kumar confirms that he does love Avantika however because he has found out he has a brain tumour 🤢his chances of survival aren't very high he doesn't want too burden her. 😭

Segment for Pyar Ka Dard starts off around 6:00 minutes into the clip. Adi, Punkuri, Harish, Harish's mum, and the doctor (Kajal Pisal) Shevani. Are all standing there. Adi is fuming, screaming too his father. 😭
Adi says "Because I'm your son i have a full right on knowing why your doing this". Harish angrily responds "I have no reason to tell anyone about the reason why i make certain choices and why i don't".😲 Adi's face is shown shocked and distraught. Punkuri is also shocked and looks at Adi. Adi responds "But you have too tell me" he's very angry. Adi's face is shown again, scared, angry, upset. 🤢
Punkuri looks at Adi then back at Harish. Adi says "You've waited so long for mum, all for what?...Dad if you had decided this from before then why didn't you tell mum. Why today?"😕 Harish looks upset, doesn't know how too respond. Harish pauses then says "Ive moved ahead with my life. Thats it, thats all there is too the truth"😭. Adi responds "But this isn't the truth...Dad tell me. Dad give me an answer" Adi screams again, "GIVE ME AN ANSWER". 😔
Then an interview with Nitesh Pandey. He says "Everyone wants too know why Harish is doing all of this. Its not that he doesn't love Avantika, and its not that he doesn't want too come back too her. But he's found out that he has a life threatening condition, he has a brain tumour. And the chances he has for survival is very little. So thats why he doesn't want Avantika too come back in his life, so she doesn't get hurt or upset again" 😭🤢
