In the case of Vedika she seems like a very nice lady and doesn't deserve all of this. She deserves a husband who will love her unconditionally. Kailash is not a bad husband but without love for your partner the relationship becomes insecure. There is a big difference between "Care" and "Loving someone"

It is easy to say that Kailash should get back with Preeti or he should stay with Vedika. That's the hard part.

I personally think eventually Vedika will back out and let him go I think it is the best for everyone because I don't think K will ever forget Preeti. Vedika should consider moving on because it is always going to be one sided love between Kailash and her. It is going to be hard for her but I think she will be better off with someone else were the love is mutual. It sounds harsh but that's reality I guess.
