Is it me or anyone else who wonders howcome no one in the diwan mansion sees thro sheila ?? you dont really need to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out... and more important how come when she gives dialogues like ( telling preeti) mana ke tumne jo bhi kiya bahut bura kiya .. ... and gets away with it???

Trust.

Because she is afterall a member of the family, and having faith and trust on family is something very strong, no matter how or what the person is like, they are still your family. So you would never be able to imagine them as the "bad guy" (at least in soaps) Everyone knows how Sheila's nature is, so they don't bother anymore and just accept the way she is, because deep down in their hearts they still believe that Sheila's intentions can't be so bad to hurt someone so badly.

Another reason could be the situation itself, i mean look at the way things have turned out, everyone is in pain and shock, so they all have their own concern and problems that they don't see what needs to be seen (Sheila's real intentions) .

These are just my thoughts, feel free to disagree with it.

Despite even she being found out, she will very craftily get away and will keep on doing as she enjoys a life of luxury. She was same in Rajshris other show and always got away.

Sheetalmami or Sheilamami - character wise same in both shows. Also would you believe same actress playing these roles. 😆

doesn't take her long to change sides i.e. lets say if diwan's went bankrupt, and by co-incidence pankhu's family got very rich, you can bet sheila will be all buttering pankhu's family
